HOW TO CHANGE SYSTEM TIME

This can be done from any telephone, and will correct the time on ALL telephones.

STEP 1: ENTER PROGRAMMING MODE:

Pick up handset

Press PROGRAM button

Press HOLD  (it will immediately ask you for a password)

Enter 456#  (this is your administrator password)

STEP 2:  CHOOSE SYSTEM FUNCTION PROGRAMMING

The automated voice will start giving you options to press...

Press 1 for SYSTEM FUNCTION PROGRAMMING.

Press 4 for SYSTEM CLOCK AND CALENDAR

STEP 3: EDIT TIME

Press 1 for System Time and Date

Enter the time in 12-hour format.

Follow directions to complete.
