HOW TO RECORD THE HOLIDAY GREETING

This can be done from any telephone within the phone system.

STEP 1: ENTER PROGRAMMING MODE:

Pick up handset

Press PROGRAM button

Press HOLD  (it will immediately ask you for a password)

Enter 456#  (this is your administrator password)

STEP 2:  CHOOSE RECORDING MENU:

The automated voice will start giving you options to press...

Press 6 for 'recordings'.

Press 1 for ‘system prompts’

STEP 3: RECORD

Now it will say "enter the number of the branch ID”  

The Holiday Greeting is 540. Enter this number followed by pound (#).

The system will now play the current greeting for you, then prompt you to re-record it.

If you do not wish to rerecord it, just press pound (#) to confirm..

Now it will ask you to enter another branch ID to record...you can simply hang up at this point.

Remember to press your DAY/NIGHT key to place your phone system in Holiday Mode.
